It is not always possible to automatically convert documents to digital form. Data capture from handwritten and poor quality documents are often more cost effectively done by manual key entry and verification. Our data capture services eliminate document overload by taking your hard copy data - like surveys, mailing lists, warranties, coupons etc. and converting it into a workable database.

We insist on 100% independent key verification, which results in 99.95% accuracy of legible characters. Unlike many other vendors, we do not sub-contract any assignment. This allows us to maintain the process controls and quality assurance checkpoints necessary for the high-quality output that we are known for.
