Worker's Compensation Claims Processing – This case study demonstates Axiom's imaging processes being used to accelerate business processes (iTAP). In this particular scenario, the cost of processing a claim was reduced from $2.50 and approximately one week down to $0.65 and 12 hours. Our client was able to realize a tangible benefit of two to three million dollars a year by implementing iTAP.

Project Tracking System - For this project, Axiom designed and implemented a custom system to automate the record, storage and retrieval of live information. Built on Lotus Notes/Domino, the solution kept track of many different variables and accepted various file formats. Automated reports and an approval process with configurable alerts helped management keep track of projects. Many redudant and inefficient processes were removed, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and better adherence to deadlines.

Sufi Ruhaniat International - The Electronic Document services provided to SRI demonstrate some interesting capabilities. First, SRI is a non-profit organization run by members of a spiritual community, and a low price point was very important. At the same time, the documents to be converted included aged documents, including some authored by the founders of the organization: they were fragile and irreplacable.

UCG - This iTAP project is of special interest due to the extremely time-senstive nature of the data; several of UCG's business processes are directly dependent on the EDM work. A very high accuracy is also critical. Despite the tough constraints, Axiom is proud that this project is one of our longest running, and we have been able to consistently maintain a 12 hour turn-around time with 99.95% accuracy.
